The meeting was hosted by Centre for Internationalisation and Parallel Language Use (CIP), Copenhagen University and chaired by IntlUni Coordinator Karen M. Lauridsen.

In the last couple of months, all IntlUni partners have formed focus groups that have contributed to the IntlUni questionnaire regarding;

  • The identification of the linguistic and cultural characteristics of the international university;
  • The identification of  the linguistic, cultural and pedagogical/didactic challenges we meet as a result of the internationalisation of higher education.

The first results of the recently completed questionnaire were discussed among the Work Packages Leaders and Management Committee in Copenhagen with a constructive and productive output. The Work Package Leaders (Sharon Millar, University of Southern Denmark, DK, Margot van Mulken, Radboud University Nijmegen, NL, Kirsi Westerholm, University of Jyväskyla, FI, and Alessia Cogo, University of Southampton, UK) will now over the next few months be responsible for writing two synthesis reports that will be further discussed at the Warsaw meeting in June.

Further details about the IntlUni questionnaire results and current developments will be posted here on the IntlUni website after the Warsaw meeting.
